Which route should you choose?
🚁 12 minutes for a shorter introduction to Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.
🌴 17 minutes if Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis The Palm and Dubai's coastline are your main priorities.

What to expect:
1️⃣ Check In — Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure with your original valid photo ID and booking confirmation.
2️⃣ Weight & Security — All guests are weighed for aircraft safety and seat allocation. Security checks are completed before boarding.
3️⃣ Safety Briefing — Attend the mandatory pre-flight briefing and follow all crew instructions.
4️⃣ Take to the Sky — Board the helicopter and enjoy your selected sightseeing route before returning to the same helipad.

🕒 Flight Hours: Daily approximately 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, including public holidays. Your exact reporting time is stated on your confirmed booking voucher.

• Check-in: arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled flight.
• ID required: original valid passport, Emirates ID or government-issued photo ID. Digital copies may not be accepted.
• Weight limit: 115 kg per passenger seat. Passengers between 115–140 kg may need to purchase an additional seat. Passengers exceeding 140 kg cannot fly.
• Private group cap: up to 5 passengers, total combined weight max 420 kg.
• Children: must be at least 2 years old and weigh above 16 kg, with their own paid seat. Ages 2–12 must travel with a guardian.
• Pregnancy: generally able to fly up to 32 weeks; beyond this, a doctor's fitness certificate is strongly recommended.
• Seating: assigned by the flight crew according to weight and balance — specific seats cannot be guaranteed.
• Photography: mobile phones and cameras are generally permitted. iPads, selfie sticks, HD camcorders and lenses over 400 mm require prior written approval from Dubai authorities.
• Routes & timing: landmarks, routing and departure time may change due to weather, visibility, Air Traffic Control or operational requirements.
